Comfort Inn Memphis Airport West

I'm currently staying here and the only issue so far is the elevator smells like burnt rubber, which is a little concerning, makes me a little apprehensive to use it but other than I think it's a nice hotel. The beds are comfy, the room was super clean when I got here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is nice.

Ms.Mesha is a very nice employee and always willing to help in anyway she can. She handles issues very smoothly . Greet you in with with a smile each and every time. I’m a Delta bus driver and because of her feel like I’m at home.

Excellent! Clean and comfortable. Gated parking which was nice. Also , fresh delicious breakfast. Thank you

“I had a great experience thanks to Mesha’s outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!” The hotel is very friendly and over achievers. Very clean from the parking lot to the lobby and rooms. Breakfast is fresh everyday with multiple options.They are very accommodating as well as I needed to sit in lobby to a room became available and they allowed us to sit and helped us get checked in as soon as one was available The only dismay was the receptionist Candace is very rude and snobby. I asked to buy some drinks from their store and was charged 5$ for two sodas & the next morning I found from Management that the drinks are only a dollar.

I was Just passing threw for the day Front desk customer service was nice great prices here quite neighborhood The lounge is warm and cozy and rooms were clean but the beds are hard and the pillows way are too small

Another Hotel that's ran by an India man. Didn't require a deposit but when I was checking in, their was a domestic dispute when I arrived. So that probably helped in slipping me in with no deposit. Couple of hotel guest where downstairs complaining to the front desk when i arrived. But let's get to the hotel review. The overall room was clean, very spacious, neat, nothing outta place. The King is very comfortable and plenty of space for couples. Bathroom was very clean including the tube and shower curtain. No bugs under the bed or in corners. Very nice big samsung TV and plenty of table space to keep your things off the floor. Does come with a mini refrigerator and regular size microwave BTW. Your checkout is 11am, we aware that the Mexican cleanup lady will be RUDE if you leave a little bit after 11am. We left at 1115am, woke up late!!! But she came to our door tapping her phone about the time. Let's be clear she was on the other side of the hotel doing another room then came to our room on the opposite side to brother us. SHE ALMOST GOT CURSED OUT!! So if the owner sees this tell your works to be NICER & PROFESSIONAL!! Because the next person want be as nice as i was!!

Whenever you enter the elevator there is this burnt smell, there’s nothing visibly wrong with the elevator, just a weird smell. I’m also not sure if it was the people who stayed before us but the room smelt like smoke. The bathroom door did not lock and we couldn’t get the tv to work. The breakfast was decent and the employees were nice and helpful.

I've never been to a Hotel like this, & I'll Never stay anywhere else in Memphis but this Hotel!!! I just spent the last 3 days here in the winter storm & I'm beyond impressed, especially by the Staff & the Owner. The day shift & night shift front desk clerks were amazing, these beautiful Sister's are THE very definition of Excellent Customer Service!!!! They had a lot to manage with the guests & all the extras that came with this winter storm, & they did it with grace, a smile, & a joyful heart. The housekeeper's were so helpful too!!! All of the staff sacrificed & were staying overnight at the hotel, so they had all of their beautiful children there too. I got to live vicariously through them as I watched them have snowball fights from my window. And their beautiful mom's out there with them joining in on the fun. I took a double take when I saw the owner come out, thinking he was about to tell everyone to get back to work. I couldn't have been more wrong. He had the biggest smile on his face & was taking photos with his staff & their families in the snow. What fun!!! He has to be the best boss ever!!! He could have been as snug as a bug in a rug during this storm but no, he was in the trenches with his staff. I saw him shoveling the side walks, shoveling snow to help guests get their cars out, & always smiling & cheerful. This entire staff were more than an amazing team. They appeared to be a family. They stayed on top of everything, I was like a fly on the wall & enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you to the entire Comfort Inn Family for all that you all are doing!!! I should mention that the rooms & everything look brand new & very up to date, its very very clean, the breakfast was amazing, REAL eggs, sausage, waffles, bread, toaster, bagels, fruit, cereal, milk, & sooo much more!!! Security is great, the entire parking lot is surrounded by an iron fence & only works with your key card. I travel a lot & I've stayed at some exceptional hotels, this place beats them all by far. To see a staff, made up of so many different ethnicities, that come together to do what I witnessed you all do the last 3 days was nothing short of amazing, it was beautiful. Thank You!!!!
